Privacy policy

What we collect today

• No accounts, no cookies, no tracking scripts. StateYield is a static website. Our pages do not set cookies or load advertising or analytics trackers.
• Calculator choices stay in your browser. The filing-status, bracket and federal-rate selectors run entirely in your browser; nothing you pick is sent to us.
• Server logs. Like any website, the hosting/CDN provider that serves these pages may automatically process technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We use this only in aggregate, if at all, and do not sell it.

Newsletter (when launched)

The signup form is not active yet. When it is, we will collect only your email address to send The StateYield Monday Auction Brief. It will be stored by our email provider, every email will include an unsubscribe link, and we will not sell or rent your address. We may see standard email metrics (e.g. opens and clicks) provided by that service.

Analytics (if added)

If we add analytics, we intend to use a privacy-focused, cookieless service that reports aggregate traffic only, and we will update this page first.

Links to other sites

Pages link to fund issuers, the U.S. Treasury, brokers and (in the future) partner offers. Those sites have their own privacy policies; we don't control what they collect once you leave StateYield.

Children

StateYield is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
